NO COOK HEALTHY & DELICIOUS TOMATO SAUCE!

This is an all purpose, no cook tomato sauce that is fast, easy, affordable, versatile, healthy, and delicious. You don’t need a pot or be anywhere near the stove. Hooray! You can grate the fresh, juicy organic tomatoes of any kind with a box grater, or use a food processor, or even just a knife or your bare hands.

This sauce is great for pasta that hits the spot for weeknights or weekends, or as quick pizza sauce, on crusty breads, over fish, eggs, or baked, grilled, or raw vegetables of any kind like zucchini.

Select the freshest and juiciest tomatoes and diversify by using heirloom tomatoes in variety of colors for maximum nutrients and flavor.
Use only the fleshy part of the tomatoes, but don’t discard the skin. Use it in your smoothies and get your money’s worth, reduce waste, be healthier, and save time.

Ingredients

1 to 2 pounds of organic tomatoes (3-4 medium tomatoes)
1-2 garlic cloves; minced
4-5 tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper; as much as you like
Organic basil leaves (optional but recommended)
Crushed pepper flakes (optional)
Teaspoon or organic maple syrup (optional)

 

Directions

Grate the tomatoes or pulse in food processor as chunky or smooth as you like. If you’re using a knife, squeeze the tomatoes with your hands (fun part) and then chop to your liking.

In a bowl, place the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and any of the optional ingredients and give it a stir. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator or use it immediately on pastas or pizzas, and make someone, including yourself very happy.
