Every June, we go cherry picking to our favorite cherry farm. There, we pick and stuff ourselves as much as we can and then pay for the ones we carry home.
Cherries, both rainier and bing (red and yellow) are full of antioxidants and help fight diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and even help us sleep better. So go cherry picking this weekend and enjoy sweet and delicious cherries and boost your immune system, have fun, and sleep well.
