1 3/4 cup unsweetened organic almond, soy, or coconut milk
2 frozen or fresh organic bananas
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
Directions
