This easy, healthy, and yummy Indian drink is refreshing, delicious, nutritious, and incredibly satisfying. You don’t need a recipe and there are many optional ingredients to please everyone.
You can also make this vegan by using non dairy yogurt such as coconut (extra yummy) or soy yogurt. Add some berries and you have a powerhouse. So make some and stay healthy and happy!
Organic Mangoes: fresh or frozen.
Organic whole plain yogurt or coconut or soy yogurt.
Organic soy, almond, coconut or whole milk.
Touch of honey or organic sugar (optional)
Organic blueberries (optional)
Pinch of organic cardamom (optional)
Lime zest (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well and drink away. Yummo!
