Best Time to Workout!

According to studies and fitness experts, and in my own experience, the best time to exercise is in the morning. It’s when you’ll get more metabolic boost, meaning you’ll burn more calories. Besides, things can always come up later in the day to bump off exercise; not to mention most of us are dead tired by late afternoon, if not earlier. I know.
Getting up 15 to 30 minutes earlier can make a huge difference in your health by walking, stretching, doing yoga, or getting on a treadmill, etc. Exercising in the morning will also lift your mood to conquer your day with a positive attitude.
Whenever you do it, make sure to include exercise/movement in your day. You can also exercise indoor during winter months or go to a mall and walk briskly for 30 minutes and then do some shopping.

You can also break it up and stretch for 10 minutes in the morning, do a power walk during lunch, and/or go to a dance class in the evenings. And you can grab a buddy and/or a dog and make it fun.
Remember that the longest living people don’t even go to a gym or work out. They simply move more than not throughout the day; doing things that require physical activity, including house work, gardening, cooking, etc. So, let’s get moving!
